Restrictor Plate

A plate with holes drilled in it to restrict the flow of air or liquid.A plate with holes of a calibrated diameter that is placed between the carburetor and intake manifold of a stock car to restrict the air/fuel flow, thereby reducing engine speed and horsepower.
